About Me
Meet Kim Jones, LCSW
As a trusted provider of virtual therapy in Indiana, I work with adults (19+) and am passionate about helping my neighbors manage high anxiety, health challenges, and life transitions to create greater harmony and wellbeing. My goal is to make a meaningful impact in my community by helping each client truly thrive. Whether counseling is completely new to you or you've tried therapy before, I'm here to support you through the process with compassion and expertise. I feel deeply grateful to share this therapeutic space with my clients and witness their growth.
My Mission: To support my neighbors in building a community that feels empowered to be well by offering individualized, holistic counseling and consulting services that honor the whole person.
Experience & Expertise
With over 10 years of experience providing counseling and working in Family Medicine as a behavioral health consultant and clinical social worker, I bring a unique perspective to mental health care. I've provided clinical supervision and graduate medical education for behavioral health clinicians, social workers, and physician residents.
After many years serving the public as a field supervisor and community-health based clinician, I have transitioned to being a small business owner with my own private practice. I appreciate the opportunity to specialize in a clinical practice that aligns with my understanding of wellness. This means considering your past experiences, current environment, relationships, nutrition, biological health, and psychology—because true healing happens when we address all aspects of your life.
My Therapeutic Approach
My style is collaborative and practical. I'll coach you on evidence-based strategies that are relevant to your specific situation while giving you space to problem-solve and discover your own insights. I specialize in techniques that help regulate your nervous system while processing difficult emotions, so you can experience genuine recovery and lasting change.
You'll always be in charge of your own life and decisions. My role is to provide honest feedback, practical tools, and supportive coaching so you can get real results and move forward with confidence.
